Store Manager

About This Role

Manage all store operations for a Sally Beauty location, focusing on driving sales, managing inventory, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. This role includes talent management and coaching a team of associates.

Responsibilities

• Manage talent, inspire the team, and ensure a great customer experience
• Oversee all store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, manage budget, control expenses, and grow sales
• Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels
• Protect customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring compliance with safety and security rules and Company policies
• Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards

Requirements

• 3+ years of customer service/retail sales experience
• 1 year of previous sales management experience
• Previous experience in operational, financial and performance management
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience

Nice to Have

• Cosmetology license
• Passion for all things hair and beauty
