Store Manager

About This Role

Lead and inspire a team as a Store Manager, taking full ownership of store operations, team performance, and customer satisfaction for one of the nation's top convenience chains. Drive sales, manage inventory, and ensure high standards of safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of store operations, team, and performance
• Lead and inspire a team of 8–15 employees across all shifts
• Provide coverage for any shift, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
• Perform all duties of store employees, including running the register, stocking, upselling, and cleaning
• Coach team members to deliver excellent service and actively upsell promotions
• Recruit, hire, and train new team members, focusing on growth, accountability, and teamwork
• Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising
• Handle all banking and cash deposits, requiring a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance
• Maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, food safety, and customer satisfaction
• Control expenses and labor hours while achieving store sales goals
• Execute all company programs and marketing initiatives
• Take on additional responsibilities, including managing deli or QSR operations when necessary

Requirements

• Open availability with ability to work any shift as needed
• Valid driver's license
• Access to a personal vehicle
• Proof of insurance (for bank deposits)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Minimum age 18+

• Retail or food management experience preferred.
