About This Role

As a Brand Ambassador, the Store Manager will be responsible for driving sales and ensuring an excellent customer experience within the luxury retail environment. This role involves developing client relationships, managing the store team, overseeing visual merchandising, and handling operational and stock procedures.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Brand Ambassador, reflecting and aligning the team with the brand image
• Drive sales and expand the brand's footprint in the local market
• Provide excellent customer experience and ensure team accountability
• Build and develop client relationships, managing Top/VIP customers directly
• Coordinate store team to manage customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
• Expand client database and maintain existing loyal client relationships
• Manage CRM KPIs and collect customer data for reporting and strategy
• Oversee visual merchandising practices and standards
• Ensure proper execution of security procedures and manage loss prevention
• Supervise stock level activities and optimize stockroom management
