About This Role

Manage a Store portfolio in Consumer Business, driving growth and profitability by leading, coaching, and motivating a team to deliver exceptional customer and employee experiences. Focus on deepening customer relationships and achieving performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, lead, and contribute to the growth and profitability of the Consumer Business through managing a Store portfolio
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the Store team to deliver a legendary Employee and Customer Experience
  • Achieve shareholder value through solutions and referrals
  • Deepen customer relationships and refer to specialists to meet customer needs and provide advice
  • Provide people management leadership including hiring, goal setting, development, performance management, and compensation decisions
  • Manage a medium-sized store and team based on U.S. TD Bank store leveling criteria
  • Oversee and lead a complex store, growing talent and developing skills to achieve business results
  • Accountable for achieving both store and individual performance metrics
  • Act as peer mentor to developing store managers
  • Originates loan applications, handles Conditions of Lending, and conducts loan closings

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years related experience (retail, customer service and/or financial services industries)
  • Supervisory, leadership and coaching experience
  • 4+ years experience of proven business development skills
  • Small Business and Consumer lending experience
  • Knowledge of Bank product lines and services as well as understanding of Store operations and security
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong financial analysis skills
  • Strong presentation, analytical, interpersonal and collaborative skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate team members
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
  • Eligibility for employment with a covered financial institution under Regulation Z
  • Eligibility for registration as a registered mortgage loan originator with the NMLS

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years related experience (retail, customer service and/or financial services industries) with supervisory, leadership and coaching experience; 4+ years of proven business development skills; 4+ years of proven leadership and coaching experience

Nice to Have

  • Spanish Speaking Preferred
  • Notary License
