About This Role

Lead all aspects of boutique operations including guest experience, talent development, and visual merchandising to maximize sales in a specialty retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a selling culture focused on providing unwavering dedication to guests
• Drive sales results by analyzing business and identifying improvement opportunities through sales floor leadership
• Plan, delegate, and follow up on tasks, assignments, and activities while prioritizing guest experience
• Foster a culture of communication and teamwork, ensuring information reaches all team members
• Provide consistent developmental feedback to empower and motivate the team
• Attract, recruit, onboard, develop, and retain a high-performing and diverse team
• Build bench strength by preparing team members for the next level of responsibility
• Lead operational excellence through daily boutique operations, managing budgets and inventory
• Understand business drivers and how to maximize profitability, ensuring visual and operational standards are met
• Create schedules to deliver high service levels and maximize sales within payroll budgets.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in a specialty retail store leadership role
• Ability to motivate others and work together to deliver sales results
• Able to plan and execute tasks efficiently and independently
• Flexible and adaptable
• Ability to multi-task and balance multiple priorities
• Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
