Store Manager

About This Role

Lead the Kearney, NE location as a Store Manager, overseeing all aspects of store operations, driving sales, and ensuring outstanding customer service for agricultural products. This role requires strong leadership, a passion for agriculture equipment, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote sales, rental, and product support for all Agricultural products
• Manage store's revenue and operating costs to ensure reasonable profit margins
• Analyze monthly financial statements, market share reports, and KPIs; address variants and deficiencies
• Review customer account balances and assist with collections
• Provide guidance to store's management team, establishing departmental procedures and assisting with problem-solving
• Effectively partner with the regional Product Support Manager and other Department Heads for consistent policy application
• Direct management of sales personnel, including assigning market territories, guidance, training, and managing the sales funnel
• Monitor targeted margins, used trade values, used inventory turns, and other sales performance metrics
• Ensure a safe and clean work environment for all associates by promoting the company's safety culture
• Supervise sales workforce, department managers, and support staff
• Organize, communicate, and delegate responsibilities and priorities to subordinates
• Encourage and monitor career development, providing technical training, coaching, and expertise

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business is a plus
• Management experience strongly preferred, preferably in a related industry
