About This Role

Lead the daily operations of a Braum's store, focusing on brand strategy, customer experience, and team development to achieve unit goals and maximize sales.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales
• Monitor inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness
• Ensure Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed
• Teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members to achieve unit goals
• Provide an enhanced customer-centric culture with consistent guest service and food quality
• Build a successful team by creating an environment of trust
• Adapt to customer and employee needs as well as store environment conditions
• Communicate effectively with leadership team members
• Identify the most effective team alignment to enhance performance
• Follow-up and follow through on discipline

Requirements

• 3-5 years of running, managing and leading a retail store unit
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid Driver License
• Customer focus
• Strong work ethic with high standard for integrity
• Positive approach to training, developing, and interacting with all levels of the store team
• Ability to build a successful team
• Ability to adapt to customer and employee needs
• Effective communication with leadership team members
• Ability to identify effective team alignment
• Follow-up and follow through discipline
• Initiate action and achieve goals
• Organized, detailed, and able to follow practices/procedures
• Able to review, understand, and analyze reporting results

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or some college preferred
• 3 years of experience in management, 3-5 years of running, managing and leading a retail store unit.
