Stock Associate

About This Role

As a Stock Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing the lifecycle of customer purchases, from offloading and loading furniture trailers to displaying merchandise and assisting customers with their purchases. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized showroom and backroom to ensure an ideal shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Offload and load trailers of furniture
• Assemble, arrange, and display furniture on the showroom floor
• Aid customers by loading their purchases into their vehicles
• Maintain a clean and organized backroom and sales floor
• Promote awareness and maintain a neat and safe work environment by following safety practices

Requirements

• Commitment to Raymour & Flanigan's safety practices
• Ability to exhibit professional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well independently and with a team
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule which includes nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to routinely lift, lower, push and pull furniture of all sizes up to and in excess of 200 lbs
