Stock Associate

About This Role

The Stock Associate controls merchandise flow from the stockroom to the sales floor, handling receiving, unpacking, organizing, storing, packaging, and labeling merchandise. This role also supports the customer shopping experience by providing service and ringing up customers as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in meeting sales goals by consistently executing merchandise flow routines.
• Process merchandise deliveries according to the store delivery schedule.
• Maintain an organized and clean stockroom.
• Work with management to execute floor sets.
• Ensure store standards for merchandising and operations are consistently met.
• Assist in the execution of the physical inventory process.
• Support the store management team with shortage reduction measures.
• Model company values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability, and inclusivity.

Requirements

• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
• Ability to bend, lift, open, and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position.
