About This Role

Support the development and customization of aircraft cabin and cargo interiors for airline customers. Perform engineering design, analysis, and integration of interior components, providing support from concept to installation and operation.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and customization of aircraft cabin and cargo interiors /payloads for airline customers
  • Perform engineering design, analysis and integration of aircraft interior components from initial conceptual phase to final product installation
  • Provide engineering support to airline customers in the operation of the aircraft
  • Support quotation technical scope definition
  • Analyze the A/C Premod configuration
  • Produce or manage the production of the Modification Definition dossier (Certification layout, TRS, 3D/2D Study Drawing Set production and associated Bill Of Material, Kit definition) according to time, cost and quality requirements
  • Support the Substantiation of the modification according to CS25 and AIRBUS standard quality system
  • Produce or manage the production of the Service Bulletin associated to the Modification
  • Ensure that all cabin technical / engineering content of a project complies with all Applicable Customer, Technical, Certification, And Company Strategic Requirements
  • Ensure that all cabin technical / engineering activities are performed within the agreed budget & schedule
  • Contribute to increase skills and competencies within the Mobile STC Solutions team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Minor in Engineering
  • Minimum seven (7) years total experience in design with cabin and cargo and/or system installation projects
  • Experience working with STCs and/or MRO
  • Capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment both independently and collectively
  • Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical procedures and bill of material systems to develop project plans
  • Basic knowledge of Regulatory Requirements pertaining to aircraft design, certification and maintenance
  • Strong computer background
  • MS Excel experience
  • Google Suite application experience (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail)
