Responsibilities
- Design and implement solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Core CRM
- Optimize campaign objects and page layouts to support efficient operations
- Lead initiatives for building integrations and enhancements within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with enterprise goals and platform requirements
- Mentor and guide teams in Agile, DevOps, and Reliability practices
Requirements
- Extensive experience with Salesforce platform and CRM solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design complex systems and software integration patterns
- Proficient in managing large-scale Salesforce projects and articulating complex concepts
- Excellent communication skills for presenting technical documentation to high-level management
Nice to Have
- Experience with Distributed Marketing within Salesforce Core CRM
- Knowledge of Kafka topics, containerized Java applications, and enterprise integration services
