This Staff RN position provides general nursing care to patients and families across the health illness continuum in diverse healthcare settings, collaborating with the healthcare team. The registered nurse is accountable for practicing according to the standards defined by the Ohio Board of Nursing.
Responsibilities
- Perform initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment as applicable to the population or individual
- Document planned nursing interventions to achieve patient outcomes based on nursing diagnoses and collaborative problems
- Evaluate and document patient response to nursing interventions and achievement of outcomes at determined intervals
- Revise the plan of care based on evaluative data as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Actively participate in process improvement activities to achieve targeted measures of clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance
Requirements
- RN - Registered Nurse license
- BLS - Basic Life Support
- CPR - Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
