About This Role

This role involves driving operations and transformation initiatives focused on revenue and Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes within the finance, accounting, and operations groups. The Manager will improve existing processes, systems, and data to enhance operational efficiency and support the overall QTC transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Drive execution of current and future change initiatives with focus on Revenue Operations and QTC process areas
  • Execute identified and propose additional improvements and optimization ideas for current processes, systems and data
  • Work collaboratively across a cross-functional set of stakeholders to gather information and articulate complex business problems
  • Structure and size large complex projects into an executable plan
  • Develop long-term roadmaps, detailed project plans, project success criteria and key metrics, and change management plans
  • Create deliverables for executive level consumption
  • Capture and drive accountability for RAIDD items, status reporting, and escalation
  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing team or cross-functional project members

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of relevant experience within the tech industry
  • Extensive project management skills, including system implementations, large-scale transformations and AI projects
  • In-depth experience with applying M&A integrations methodology, practical process, systems and operational integration execution, business and operational adoption, and large scale data migration and conversion strategy, planning and execution
  • Strong understanding of revenue operations and accounting (US GAAP, ASC 606, IFRS 15 and internal controls) for an enterprise business across various business models and go to market motions
  • Understanding of QTC process and systems (Master Data Management, Contract Lifecycle Management, Deals Desk, CPQ, Order Management, Invoicing, Cash Application, Credit & Collections, Returns, Revenue Recognition & Reporting)
  • Knowledge of processes enabled using SAP ERP (SAP RAR, BRIM / SD and S/4 HANA), SFDC (CRM and CPQ), Credit and Collections, and Cash Application tools

Qualifications

  • Accounting, Finance, Business and/or Operations Process Management degree (or equivalent experience or equivalent military experience) required.
  • 8 to 10 years of relevant experience within the tech industry, with a combination of experience at an accounting / consulting practice and industry experience at a top-tier tech company.
