Sr Program Manager Tech - Gen AI

About This Role

Lead program delivery and client engagement for AI training and evaluations, specifically for coding, agentic AI, and data analytics. This role manages US/onshore delivery of AI annotation, training, and evaluation for coding and data areas, playing a key role in building customer mindshare and impact.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales to engage with prospective clients (AI labs, foundation LLM companies, agentic AI companies) to shape project scope, evangelize capabilities, design delivery solutions, and establish governance approaches
• Represent the service delivery organization to drive ongoing governance, enable troubleshooting, identify up/cross sell opportunities, and provide thought leadership to client teams
• Help manage US/onshore delivery of annotation, training, and evaluation of AI/LLM/ML for coding and data areas
• Demonstrate deep understanding and expertise in coding and data analytics related AI training/evaluations, including agentic AI, to drive talent supply strategy, tech platform, and tooling
• Collaborate with the supply team to source and develop worker pools in the US/onshore with technical expertise for coding and data related training/evaluations
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop a roadmap for technology and tooling specific to coding and data analytics tasking
• Represent coding and data AI capabilities in senior leadership interactions, evangelizing and driving sponsorship for initiatives
• Continually improve ways of work, enhance delivery maturity, and elevate governance and impact

Requirements

• 7+ years of overall experience, with specific familiarity in software engineering, ML engineering, ML ops domains
• Familiarity and experience in leading or managing client interactions for data annotation, training, evaluation, performance benchmarking in the area of coding and development for foundational AI/LLM/ML
• Experience in client facing service delivery management, solutioning, and governance with external client stakeholders at senior levels or their AI teams
• Familiarity with strategies for delivery and QC processes in this domain
• Track record of driving innovation and thought leadership in AI/ML/LLM training and evaluation services
• Strong ability to communicate and bring clarity of thought in messaging for senior management and broader teams
• Strong collaboration skills and abilities across silos and team structures
• Ability to work in a global organization across locations and time zones

Qualifications

• 7+ years of overall experience, with specific familiarity in software engineering, ML engineering, and ML ops domains

• Education in technical domains like engineering, STEM, business management
• Deep knowledge of AI domain (generative AI, agentic AI, LLMs, ML ops) with a curious bent to stay updated on latest developments and research
• Strong business acumen and willingness to take smart risks and grow
• Ability to be hands-on, detail-oriented, and also manage the big picture
• Sense of ownership, self-starter who can define goals and execute plans
• Good prioritization and time management skills
• Familiarity with data analytics, ML, agentic AI disciplines for data annotation, training, evaluation
