This role will lead the on-site strategy, promotional execution, and performance reporting for the Bloom and Nutrabolt direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce platforms. The specialist will optimize the website experience, manage customer communication through email/SMS, and provide data-driven insights to guide commercial decisions.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day site performance across Shopify storefronts, ensuring optimal merchandising, navigation, PDP experience, and conversion flows
- Propose site strategy initiatives tied to product launches, seasonal campaigns, and evergreen optimization opportunities
- Partner with Creative, UX, and Development teams to brief, QA, and launch site updates that improve conversion and customer experience
- Serve as a key point of contact for site content planning meetings, consolidating feedback and driving clear execution plans
- Support the DTC promotional calendar in partnership with Brand, Marketing, and DTC leadership
- Translate promotional strategy into on-site execution, including homepage modules, collection merchandising, PDP updates, banners, and messaging hierarchy
- Own promotional setup, testing, and post-mortem analysis to continually refine offer strategy and execution
- Execute portions of Email and Lifecycle Marketing teams for Bloom and Nutrabolt, supporting campaign execution through a consistent test-and-learn approach
- Ensure alignment between on-site promotions and email/SMS campaigns, including offers, timing, messaging hierarchy, and landing experiences
- Deliver clear, concise data shareouts to Bloom and Nutrabolt stakeholders, highlighting wins, risks, and optimization opportunities
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in eCommerce, DTC, or digital merchandising roles
- Strong experience working within Shopify or comparable eCommerce platforms
- Highly proficient in Excel and comfortable working with performance data
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communicator with experience presenting insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams
- Experience working closely with creative, development, and analytics partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 3-5+ years of experience in eCommerce, DTC, or digital merchandising roles
