As a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador, you will provide an amazing shopping experience, building brand loyalty and representing company values. Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model, educate them on products, and introduce loyalty programs.
Responsibilities
- Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products with a "friends first" mindset
- Educate guests on product details and make suggestions to fit their needs
- Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests
- Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed
- Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy
- Assist team members in completing tasks
- Adhere to AEO's policies and procedures
Requirements
- Ability to interact with people
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- At least 18 years of age
Qualifications
- Prior retail experience preferred
