Aerie Sales Leader

About This Role

This role supports the Store Leadership Team by leading shifts, ensuring excellent guest experiences, and driving sales. The Sales Leader trains and motivates associates, maintains daily store operations, and upholds company values.

Responsibilities

• Maximize Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity and build guest loyalty through an in-store guest experience
• Support Store Leadership in maximizing business opportunities to drive KPI results
• Motivate and inspire the team through AEO's core values
• Hold associates accountable to rocking AEO's service standards, especially on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room
• Recruit and hire strong talent to ensure the store is always staffed to meet business needs
• Train and develop associates to provide outstanding service and represent a Guest First culture
• Challenge Sales and Stock Associates with clear, attainable goals and consistently provide ongoing performance feedback
• Execute and innovate daily visual and operational procedures including shipment processing, merchandising moves and visual standards
• Ensure Fitting Rooms are always guest-ready and rocking AEO Brand Standards
• Ensure store safety standards are maintained, adhere to Asset Protection standards, and AEO's policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Previous experience leading teams in a retail management role
