Coach various spring sports teams at New Castle Middle School for the 2025-2026 school year, providing mentorship and managing team equipment.
Responsibilities
- Provide proper moral leadership and serve as an example to all athletes
- Be responsible for the proper conduct of all staff members, including language, behavior, and appropriate coaching attire
- Distribute all equipment/uniforms needed within the program
- Inventory and properly store all equipment at the end of the season
- Submit a listing of inventoried equipment and purchase request forms to the Athletic Director within 30 days of the conclusion of the season
Requirements
- Strong ability to work with public, faculty/staff and students
- Confidentiality and Flexibility
- Must pass a Criminal History Check
- Experience with appropriate sporting equipment
