Manage and provide skilled speech/language pathology services to patients with a wide variety of diagnoses, focusing on evaluation, treatment, and professional consultations to achieve maximum patient independence.
Responsibilities
- Manage and provide skilled speech/language pathology to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities
- Tailor care to individual patient special physical or age-related needs
- Perform patient/client evaluation and treatment
- Provide professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence
Requirements
- Master's or Ph.D. in Speech/Language Pathology
- Oregon Speech Language Pathologist License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Qualifications
- Master's Degree or Ph.D. from an accredited Speech/Language Pathology Program
Nice to Have
- Specialized speech/language pathology experience to meet specific department needs
