HealthPro Heritage is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a home health setting in Norwich, CT, focusing on adult patients. This role is a PRN opportunity within a collaborative, therapy-led organization dedicated to compassionate care.
Requirements
- Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist, or license eligible
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) (CCC-SLP)
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools, therapy equipment, relevant software, and electronic health record systems
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
Qualifications
