About This Role

This role supports regional Global Business Sales (GBS) by providing data analytics and reporting, enabling sales teams to make informed decisions and achieve contract value growth. The position focuses on delivering accurate, timely, and actionable insights to drive business success.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Lead SBAs and sales teams to execute GBS priorities
• Deliver standard business reporting that enables leaders to make decisions aligned with regional goals
• Contribute directly to contract value growth through high-quality analytics
• Prepare, maintain and distribute standard reports in collaboration with Lead SBAs
• Support ad-hoc reporting requests; assist in executive presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Suite tools
• Summarize key insights such as top/bottom performance for sales teams
• Become an expert on the region’s business needs; ensure all outputs align with GBS objectives
• Review underlying data for accuracy before sharing deliverables
• Develop expertise in the methodology, use cases and metrics of all GBS sales tools
• Utilize enterprise/supplemental tools for efficient data flow; avoid duplication of effort
