About This Role

This Special Operations role handles advanced customer service and specialized accounts, focusing on alarm signal processing and interactive services using various systems, including Video and Access Control. It requires a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle specialized activity and accounts for advanced customer service
• Process all alarm signals and handle customer service inquiries
• Utilize special systems such as Video and Access Control Systems for interactive services
• Perform Video Verification, Guard Tours, Building Management, and Remote Arming
• Utilize JCI applications and various 3rd party applications and web portals
• Exhibit excellent communication skills and basic knowledge of computer applications
• Demonstrate strong organizational and good decision-making skills
• Be flexible and able to deal with rapid change
• Handle alarms/calls proficiently and follow complex instructions accurately

Requirements

• 6 months total EDO and CSG experience
• Scored 'Meets' or higher on previous 90 days monthly KPM's
• Flexibility to perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 6 months total EDO and CSG experience

Nice to Have

• Demonstrated proficiency in handling alarm and call inquiries
• 90% or higher Quality Assurance performance previous 90 days
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft office and other required programs
• Coachings and Corrective Actions are evaluated
