Spa Housecleaner

About This Role

The Spa Housecleaner is responsible for maintaining the highest quality of cleanliness and equipment maintenance within the Spa, Salon, Retail, and Fitness Center for members and guests at Yellowstone Club, ensuring an exceptional experience. This role focuses on providing outstanding service in a friendly environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure each Member and guest receives outstanding service in a friendly environment, greeting and acknowledging them.
• Maintain outstanding service standards and solid product knowledge.
• Guarantee total Member satisfaction, displaying hospitality and professionalism at all times.
• Take pride in representing Yellowstone Club professionally with Members and guests.
• Assure all transactions are handled in a legal and ethical manner.
• Understand and apply all property safety and security procedures.
• Maintain a favorable working relationship with all Yellowstone Club team members.
• Clean public and semi-private spaces to world-class Spa, Salon & Fitness environment standards.
• Sort, fold and launder terry and linen.
• Conduct regular inspections of public areas and offices to ensure adherence to cleanliness and operating standards.

Requirements

• High School or GED
• Ability to speak clearly and effectively with Members, guests, co-workers, vendors and other departments
• Ability to write clearly and legibly
• Ability to perform basic math calculations
• Ability to solve basic problems or know when to get a manager to assist
