Manage bookings, welcome guests, and process payments while driving sales of memberships, packages, and retail items for a wellness retreat. Ensure cleanliness, resolve inquiries, and provide thoughtful recommendations to create memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage bookings, welcome, and check out guests, and accurately process payments to ensure smooth daily operations
• Drive sales of memberships, packages, retail items, and gift cards through personalized recommendations and product knowledge
• Assist with laundry, sanitation, and general cleaning duties to uphold cleanliness and hygiene protocols
• Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care, ensuring every guest leaves with a positive experience
• Consult with guests to assess their needs and provide thoughtful recommendations for services
• Connect with guests to build rapport and create a warm, memorable experience
• Contribute to a team culture centered on positivity, collaboration, and result-oriented solutions
