Join Heights Wellness Retreat as a Wellness Consultant to inspire, educate, and promote a balanced wellness lifestyle for members and guests. This role focuses on membership sales and requires tenacity, initiative, and strong goal orientation.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets through membership and gift card sales
• Approach clients outside the retreat with live sales calls, social media, website optimization, and direct digital marketing
• Promote the therapeutic and wellness benefits of massage therapy and skin therapy
• Educate prospects confidently and effectively about services and products
• Maintain excellent phone etiquette with an upbeat tone and strong articulation
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with team members and guests

Requirements

• 3+ years in membership sales
• Exceptional guest service and communication abilities
• Proficient with broadcast email and SMS platforms
• Proficient with all social media platforms
• Experience with DM conversations
• Fast learner
• Positive and energetic demeanor
• Strong critical thinking skills, especially in resolving customer conflicts

Qualifications

• Three years' plus demonstrated excellence in Membership sales.
