About This Role

The LifeSpa Coordinator is responsible for managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service to guests. This role involves explaining products and services, assisting with selections, and performing various office duties.

Responsibilities

  • Operate the telephone system to answer incoming calls and direct callers to appropriate personnel
  • Greet and service members in a friendly and professional manner
  • Convert LifeSpa questions into appointments
  • Explain all Life Spa products, services, and treatments to guests
  • Assist guests with determining their individual needs and suggest upgrades or add-ons
  • Complete outgoing confirmation calls, Beautiful Beginning calls, and myLT Bucks calls to schedule appointments
  • Assist the Department Head with filing and other office duties as needed
  • Use all required safety devices to comply with company safety rules

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • CPR and AED certified within 30 days of hire
  • Knowledge of computer software such as Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest and commissions
  • Ability to stand, sit, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 year of customer service experience

Nice to Have

  • 1 year of receptionist experience
