Lead Dynamic Stretch Specialist

About This Role

Lead and mentor a team of stretch specialists, delivering branded Dynamic Stretch sessions to help clients achieve their flexibility and mobility goals. This role requires strong knowledge of stretching techniques and commitment to the Dynamic Personal Training Method.

Responsibilities

• Perform one-on-one stretch sessions with clients, using a variety of stretching techniques to enhance flexibility, reduce muscle tension, and improve overall range of motion
• Conduct thorough initial assessments of members to determine their flexibility, mobility, and stretching needs
• Create personalized stretching programs tailored to individual goals and physical condition
• Lead a team of stretch specialists, providing guidance and training to ensure effective stretching sessions
• Educate the entire Life Time team on various recovery therapies and techniques
• Maintain an artistry level recovery space focused on all senses

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 years’ experience delivering Assisted Stretch sessions
• CPR and First Aid Certified
• Knowledge of recovery techniques and therapies
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, nutrition and psychology
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Certified Pilates Trainer
• CPR and AED Certified

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 years’ experience delivering Assisted Stretch sessions

Nice to Have

• College degree in Exercise Science or related field
• External Stretching Certification
