About This Role

This role involves researching, designing, and implementing software programs, specifically focusing on the IBM Tririga/Maximo CAFM application. The Software Developer will optimize and upgrade the application, ensuring alignment with agency requirements and improved system efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Research, design, implement, and manage software programs
  • Test and evaluate new programs
  • Collaborate with other developers, UX designers, business, and systems analysts
  • Provide development and optimization services for the existing IBM Tririga/Maximo CAFM application
  • Create and redefine dimensions, rules, and processes within Tririga/Maximo CAFM to align with agency requirements
  • Develop streamlined processes that enhance performance and align with the data model
  • Support the upgrade of the IBM Tririga application, including environment upgrades and content migration
  • Modify existing Tririga components to improve agency processes, maintenance, and system efficiency
  • Develop, modify, and support report writing with BIRT

Requirements

  • 7 years experience as a Facilities Manager
  • 5 years experience contracting on IBM Tririga/Maximo products
  • 4 years experience in Tririga Projects Version 10

Qualifications

  • 5+ years contracting on IBM Tririga/Maximo products, with some experience as a Facilities Manager (7 years required) and Tririga Projects Version 10 (4 years required).

Nice to Have

  • 3 years experience as a Workplace Reservation Manager
  • 3 years experience as a Real Estate Manager
