Senior ERP Trainer - PeopleSoft Financials | ERP Instructor Trainer

About This Role

This role involves developing training curricula and content for PeopleSoft Financials ERP system and delivering training through various mediums including onsite, remote, and e-learning.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive training program tailored to a specific financial business area
• Develop accessibility-compliant, role-based content from the ground up, actively participating in system design discussions and testing activities to ensure accuracy and relevance
• Produce clear, user-friendly guides and training materials that enhance learner understanding and retention
• Facilitate effective instructor-led and web-based training sessions for both trainers and end users
• Manage and update the training SharePoint site to ensure resources are current and easily accessible
• Prepare, conduct, and evaluate technical training programs
• Write literature and materials to be used in programs and design exercises to enhance lectures
• Deliver on-site and web-based training courses covering any number of software solutions
• Lead development of infrastructure for information delivery, as well as taking part in the writing and maintenance of training material and supplementary technical documentation
• Create instructor materials (course outlines, background material, instructional materials, and training aids), as needed for different COTS Products/Current IT-Driven in-house solutions as well as desktop support processes

Requirements

• Experience developing training curricula and content for PeopleSoft Financials ERP system
• Experience delivering training through onsite, remote, and asynchronous via e-learning mediums
• Ability to thrive in a large, collaborative remote team environment
• Strong aptitude for Agile, incremental, and iterative delivery methods
