SOF Intelligence Script Writer

About This Role

Develop seamless and challenging training scenarios with operational themes for Special Operations Forces (SOF) intelligence units, ensuring objectives are met and supporting documents adhere to best practices. This role supports a federal government client by creating realistic exercise conditions for personnel at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop a seamless training scenario with an operational theme that achieves all unit goals and objectives
• Ensure scenario and all supporting documents are per applicable documents and best practices
• Provide a challenging and realistic exercise scenario and its conditions that incorporates red cell/white cell, checklists, MSELs, injects, with timelines
• Coordinate with MRSG T-Cell personnel to capture input for and the preparation of written After Action Reports (AAR)
• Capable of data mining for unit's area of responsibility (AOR) specific current and relevant information as it pertains to script writing
• Capable of structure training event(s) that establishes the conditions to facilitate performance-oriented training
• Capable of developing specialized Courses of Instruction (COIs) for emerging mission requirement

Requirements

• 3 years of intelligence experience as an operator, analyst, GEOINT, HUMINT, SIGINT or section intelligence leader
• 3 years of intelligence exercise scriptwriting experience leading F3EAD process teams
• Must have operated at the Battalion or higher staff level
• Security clearance TS/SCI

Qualifications

• Former Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO), Warrant Officer or Officer
• 3+ years of intelligence experience as an operator, analyst, GEOINT, HUMINT, SIGINT or section intelligence leader; 3+ years of intelligence exercise scriptwriting experience leading F3EAD process teams
