Join Sofive Soccer Centers as a Skills Institute Coach, providing fun, friendly, and structured weekly soccer classes for children aged 5 to 12. This role focuses on teaching core technical skills and fostering character development in young athletes.
Responsibilities
- Lead engaging soccer training sessions for kids ages 5 to 12
- Use our proven Skills Institute curriculum to teach core technical skills like dribbling, passing, shooting, and teamwork
- Create a positive, encouraging, and challenging environment where players can grow
- Foster character development by emphasizing teamwork, perseverance, and sportsmanship
- Build meaningful relationships with players and families
- Represent the Sofive, Skills Institute, and Lil’ Kickers brands with enthusiasm
- Support marketing efforts and assist with special events when needed
Requirements
- A positive attitude and a big smile
- Passion for youth development and a love of soccer
- Willingness to learn and grow as a coach
- Commitment to weekly shifts for the duration of each season
- Ability to work with kids ages 5 to 12 and keep them engaged
- Weekend availability
Qualifications
- Limited coaching experience required

- Love of the game and some playing experience
