Site Lead

About This Role

This role directs the clinical staff at an assigned clinic, overseeing scheduling, inventory, clinical documentation, and operational standards. The Site Lead serves as a clinical team member and leader, collaborating with managers and patients to ensure exceptional care.

Responsibilities

• Direct clinical staff at assigned clinic, including scheduling and inventory control
• Oversee ordering of necessary supplies and clinical documentation
• Maintain clinic aesthetics and operational standards
• Fulfill regular clinical duties within their discipline
• Collaborate with center manager and patients for exceptional care delivery
• Provide on-site leadership to clinical staff, ensuring efficient and safe clinic operations
• Maintain appropriate clinical/clerical standards following company policy
• Assist in maintaining proper staffing levels and minimizing overtime/temporary labor
• Coordinate coverage for open shifts and work open shifts if no replacement is found
• Maintain adequate inventory of clinical supplies and ensure proper ordering of all materials
• Ensure interior and exterior facility issues are identified and addressed in a timely manner
• Provide oversight, guidance, and assistance with orientation and training to staff
• Maintain all clinical documentation, including narcotics logs and patient lab logs
• Perform monthly Medical Record chart audits and provide feedback to staff

Requirements

• 1-2 Years medical field experience
• Current state Nursing, Paramedic, EMT or Radiology license (if applicable)
• Medical Assistant, NREMT or ARRT certification (if applicable per state requirements)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
