Coordinate parts for the Service Department by ordering, staging, inspecting, and returning items. Track parts location and ensure timely arrival for scheduled jobs.
Responsibilities
- Order new parts for the Service Department
- Stage and inspect parts
- Return parts and cores
- Enter Cat parts orders
- Order outside items from external vendors
- Track parts locations on an assembly line checklist
- Expedite the timely arrival of all parts needed for scheduled jobs
Requirements
- At least 5 years of customer service and/or warehouse experience
- At least 3 years of computer experience
- Proficient in MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to obtain a forklift license
- Capable of accurate order processing
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to frequently reach, bend, walk
- Ability to lift 50 pounds approximately 10 times a day
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Preferred
- At least 5 years of customer service and/or warehouse experience
