Shift Supervisor

About This Role

The Shift Supervisor supports the Store Leadership Team by overseeing store staff and ensuring high levels of customer engagement and sales in the absence of a manager on the sales floor. This role represents the brand professionally, maintains store standards, and fosters teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store staff and ensure high levels of customer engagement and selling.
• Assist with generating sales potential by being a constant presence on the sales floor and setting the pace and energy while ensuring the integrity of the brand.
• Hold store keys to open and close without management as necessary.
• Manage rest and meal break schedules and ensure all zones are covered.
• Provide relevant and timely feedback, coaching, and redirection in core areas of customer engagement, selling, and sales floor etiquette.
• Assist with managing company standards of merchandise presentations, signage, and displays.
• Assist with store security, including checking bags and monitoring fitting rooms.
• Process return/exchange transactions, authorize promotional discounts and employee sales in the absence of a manager.
• Understand and adhere to all LP policies and inventory management procedures.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of key holder experience in a retail setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
• Commitment to two store closings per week, including one on Friday or Saturday.
• Ability to utilize retail POS System & Inventory Scanner.
• Ability to safely lift 50 lbs. without restrictions.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of key holder experience in a retail setting.
