Shift Supervisor

About This Role

This role primarily involves directing the activities of associates during a specific shift, ensuring job expectations are met while adhering to company policies and procedures. The Shift Supervisor will provide training, create work schedules, and evaluate employee performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and create work schedules for associates
• Evaluate worker performance, rewarding high performers and disciplining those who don't meet standards
• Prepare production or sales reports for management
• Ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off
• Mentor and develop employees, encouraging them to set goals and strive for advancement

Requirements

• 1+ year of supervisory experience

Qualifications

• One year of supervisory experience required.
