Supervise Community Technicians and support staff in a women's shelter, ensuring policy adherence, safety, and proper record keeping. This role contributes to restoring hope and dignity for New Yorkers experiencing homelessness.
Responsibilities
- Manage Community Technicians and operations support staff activity in women's shelter
- Ensure all policies and procedures are followed by staff on shift, including security and fire safety
- Maintain record keeping, reports, and clinical notes
- Attend weekly program meetings
- Provide emergency first aid/CPR assistance when needed
Requirements
- H.S. Diploma/GED
- Computer literacy
- Ability to acquire First Aid and Fire Safety certification
- Ability to acquire First Aid/CPR certification
Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma/GED required. BA preferred.
- One year supervisory experience preferred. Experience with homeless in shelters or similar settings preferred.

- Bachelor's Degree
