Responsibilities

Engage with guests, recommending and locating merchandise based on their needs (Sales Teammate)
Support store management with recruiting, training, and development (Sales Leadership)
Contribute to the sales strategy, including visual merchandising and sales coaching (Sales Leadership)
Manage promotions and ensure signage is displayed appropriately (Operations Manager)
Help with the hiring and onboarding process (Operations Manager)
Compare and verify merchandise invoices to items received (Freight Coordinator)
Send orders to Guests via FedEx (Freight Coordinator)
Operate Point of Sale for guest transactions (Store Support)
Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable store (Store Support)
Partner with store leadership to plan store layouts and create merchandise design flow (Visual Merchandising)
Educate leadership on reasons driving visual strategies (Visual Merchandising)
Use provided sewing machine and supplies to perform alterations (Seamstress/Tailor)
