About This Role

The Leader in Training and Floor Leader is responsible for providing an enjoyable shopping experience for Guests, handling sales, merchandising, and operational tasks, and assisting store management in sales development and Teammate recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service
• Answer questions, recommend, select, and help locate merchandise based on Guest needs and desires
• Maintain and share knowledge of current sales, promotions, and store policies
• Achieve personal sales-per-hour, average sales, and total net sales goals
• Recognize recruiting opportunities and assist in training new Teammates
• Demonstrate leadership actions during segment, including Guest awareness and product involvement
• Own and influence product through zone ownership, including knowledge, placement, and tracking results
• Execute and teach all Point of Sale (POS) procedures
• Watch for and recognize security risks and thefts, and prevent or handle these situations
• Consistently maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable store

Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 0-3 months related retail experience and/or training
