Set-up Operator I

About This Role

Operate and set up production machinery, ensuring correct configuration and calibration for smooth operation. Monitor machines, troubleshoot minor issues, and perform routine maintenance to produce components for Schaeffler.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and tools to set up production equipment
• Ensure the correct configuration and calibration of machines
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation
• Set up and/ or program the operating machine and check accuracy and effectiveness in test sequences
• Monitor machines during operation to ensure they are functioning correctly and efficiently
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues to minimize downtime
• Cooperate with maintenance staff, if necessary
• Check finished product/product component and submit for approval

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience
• w/o Formal Education in Technical OR Vocationally trained in Technical
