ServiceNow Developer

About This Role

Support and enhance the ServiceNow platform for a client, implementing new features, managing integrations, and ensuring smooth incident resolution to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain the core ServiceNow FSO platform functionality, ensuring stability and performance
• Implement new features and configurations to extend platform capabilities and meet business requirements
• Collaborate with scoped app teams for integration and plug-in installations as needed
• Manage and resolve incident tickets related to the ServiceNow platform and hosted applications
• Contribute to ServiceNow software releases by delivering configuration tasks and enhancements
• Ensure compliance with ITSM best practices and maintain accurate documentation for all changes and implementations

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementations
• Certified ServiceNow Systems Administrator (CSA)
• Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Strong experience in ServiceNow implementations, preferably with CSM/FSO modules
• Ability to manage integrations and platform enhancements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementations (4+ years preferred, especially in financial domain)

• 4+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience, especially in financial domain
