Serve as a ServiceNow Architect, leveraging extensive experience with various ServiceNow modules to design and implement architecture governance, guidelines, and standards, preferably in a global capacity.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement architecture governance, guidelines, procedures, and standards related to ServiceNow
- Lead a team of architects, technology owners, and technology subject matter experts
- Work effectively with business and IT cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, data science, or related field
- 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CMDB, APM, SPM, App Engine)
- Strong knowledge of architecture governance concepts, application design patterns, and best practices
- Experience developing and implementing architecture governance, guidelines, procedures, and standards
- Experience with one or more platforms such as Salesforce.com (Sales, Marketing Cloud), MuleSoft, Azure, Microsoft M365
- Proven change management skills
- Excellent communication, diplomacy, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively with business and IT cross-functional teams
- Experience leading a team of architects, technology owners, and technology subject matter experts
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, data science, or related field
- 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CMDB, APM, SPM, App Engine)
Nice to Have
- Strong presentation skills
- Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) experience
- Work experience at a large professional services organization
