About This Role

The Service Support Playmaker delivers exceptional service by greeting players, delivering food and drinks, and maintaining clean and stocked service areas to ensure an awesome experience at Topgolf.

Responsibilities

• Greet every Player with a smile and friendly energy
• Deliver food and drinks to bays efficiently
• Assist in preparing non-alcoholic beverages
• Maintain clean and stocked service areas
• Bus bays and tables
• Fold napkins to Topgolf standards
• Support the team by restocking stations, helping on the tee line, or keeping common areas clean
• Ensure a safe and fun environment by adhering to safety and sanitation standards
• Live the Topgolf values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring

Requirements

• Positive attitude

• Ability to thrive in a popular, fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs
• Comfort with lifting, bending, stooping, and carrying
• Ability to be on feet for most of the day and walk throughout shift
• Engagement in a variety of physical activities
• Endurance to keep up the pace in a high-volume working environment

Nice to Have
