About This Role

The Service Project Manager at Siemens eMobility is responsible for the timely execution of service goals, including planning, scheduling, and tracking activities across multiple customer projects, with a focus on profitability, on-time execution, resource utilization, and customer satisfaction. This role contributes to the E-Mobility Business Unit's objectives by driving sustainable progress through innovative EV charging technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and schedule maintenance, facilitate material ordering and shipment, and ensure efficient service delivery
  • Establish and manage customer expectations, provide equipment advice, and maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders
  • Monitor and control costs, identify sales/service opportunities, and ensure profitability
  • Review contract terms, organize and deliver service documentation, and document service progress
  • Develop and implement KPIs, provide progress updates, and analyze findings for root cause and corrective actions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years of project management or customer service experience
  • Meticulous time management and organization skills
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and proven track record of managing multiple projects concurrently
  • Commitment to provide exceptional customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience maintaining accurate documentation in a large CRM tool
  • Strong understanding of project management, service, engineering, operations, and logistics
  • Ability to work in the US without sponsorship

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college
  • 2+ years experience with project management or customer service with strong proactive communication

Nice to Have

  • Technical knowledge of electrical products
  • Experience maintaining accurate documentation in Salesforce
  • PMP certification or willingness to obtain PMP certification
