This OEM Sales Professional will drive market growth and maximize account penetration for Siemens Digital Industries by leading strategic OEM conversions and developing cutting-edge automation solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic OEM conversions to drive market growth and expand the customer base
- Develop and implement cutting-edge automation and digitalization solutions that create measurable competitive advantages for customers
- Elevate Siemens' brand presence and market position in the US through strategic initiatives and relationship building
- Create and maintain transparent pipeline reporting systems that provide real-time visibility to global Digital Industries leadership
- Spearhead the adoption of innovative technologies and solutions within the OEM market, setting new industry standards
Requirements
- 5+ years of Technical Sales experience
- Knowledge of multi-channel go-to-market strategies (Distribution channels and Direct selling)
- Experience engaging and selling to C-level customers
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree with a preferred major in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Computer Science
- 5 plus years’ of Technical Sales experience in one or more of the relevant product/solution sets: Factory Automation, Motion Control, Services, Networking and Power, Digitalization Software
