This role involves supervising multiple service crews, performing pre-job and post-job inspections, planning job for labor crews, and ensuring a safe job site for a leading commercial and industrial roofing contractor.
Responsibilities
- Supervise multiple Service crews
- Responsible for doing pre-job and post-job inspections
- Planning jobs for labor crews
- Responsible for setting up and maintaining a safe job site
- Daily communication with the customer
- Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to order materials for the projects
Requirements
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, interpersonal, organizational and problem solving skills
- Valid driver’s license (in good standing)
- 3+ years supervisory experience in roofing / construction
- Good working knowledge of roofing procedures and safety
- Experience with: TPO, EPDM, BUR, Foam, Metal, Acrylic & Coating Systems
