Join CentiMark Corporation as a full-time Roofing Service Sales Representative to support Sales Teams in the greater Wilmington area by prospecting, performing site inspections, generating proposals, and selling commercial/industrial roofing projects.
Responsibilities
- Work with existing customers and opportunities generated through our National Accounts division
- Market your efforts through prospecting
- Perform site inspections
- Generate proposals
- Sell commercial/industrial roofing projects
- Schedule subsequent customer office visits as needed
- Prepare various progress reports to management
- Visit client's facility, build business relationships and present information about CentiMark Corporation
Requirements
- Previous construction or industrial sales experience
- Commercial roofing experience/knowledge
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Tenacious drive to sell and the ability to problem-solve
- Strong mathematics and computer skills
- Strong organizational skills and sales tracking abilities
- Excellent time management and follow-up skills
Qualifications
- Previous construction or industrial sales experience
Nice to Have
- Experienced roofing estimators with roofing experience
- Salesforce CRM experience
- Experience in growing market share
