Server/Waitstaff

About This Role

As a Server, you will be responsible for setting and clearing tables, taking resident orders, and providing excellent customer service in the dining room. You will also assist with meal preparation, delivery, and cleanup, fostering teamwork and positive relationships with residents.

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables
• Take residents’ dining orders and provide high-level customer service
• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria
• Assist with the preparation, delivery, and cleanup of daily meals, banquets, and special events
• Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers, and equipment used in the dining room
• Create a strong sense of teamwork with colleagues and positive relationships with residents
