Server

About This Role

As a Server, you will be an ambassador of the Tommy Bahama brand, providing 5-star service and sharing knowledge of scratch cuisine and handcrafted cocktails to create an aloha fun environment for guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests with a friendly smile, demonstrating genuine hospitality
• Deliver exceptional services by providing knowledge of all food and beverage menus – including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation
• Practice proper cash handling and proper operation of the point-of-sale system
• Maintain a clean and sanitary environment for all team members and Guests
• Perform other duties as required that are necessary to support the business

Requirements

• 1+ years of serving or related experience in a full service restaurant
• Current food handler’s card and alcohol service certification as required by federal/state/local law
• Meet minimum age for preparing and serving alcoholic beverages
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service/hospitality
• Excellent guest service skills
• High school diploma or GED
