Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, quality hospitality to each guest
• Anticipate and react to guest needs
• Consistently and accurately use cleanliness lists and station checklists
• Demonstrate a complete understanding of the menu
• Develop positive working relations with all restaurant team members
• Work as part of a team to reach a common goal
• Adapt to changing customer volume levels with a sense of urgency
• Be open to cross-training in different areas throughout the restaurant
• Maintain proper food and alcohol handling, safety, and sanitation standards

• Guest service experience
• Comfortable within a high energy environment
• Ability to maintain professionalism and be levelheaded during peak hours and high-pressure situations
• Day and/or night and weekend availability
