About This Role

Serve meals to residents and guests in a fine dining restaurant within a senior living community. This role focuses on providing exceptional service during evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tables for dining service
• Present menus, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and service
• Remain knowledgeable about daily specials
• Write and relay food orders to the kitchen
• Serve courses from the kitchen and service bars
• Clear and reset counters or tables at the conclusion of each course
• Assist in keeping dining tables and chairs, floors, linens, and serving stations clean, bussed, and stocked
• Maintain required food handlers certifications
